Holder of all intellectual property rights relating to design, databases, basic computer programs
(including source code), as well as the various elements that make up the Application and/or the
Web (texts, graphics, photographs, videos, sound recordings, colour combinations, etc.) ("Content"),
as well as to the structure, selection and order of these elements, is Ninety Six or persons to whom
Ninety Six transfers said rights under a license agreement. All logos contained in the Web (including,
but not limited to, trademarks and/or designs) are owned by Ninety six or persons to whom Ninety
six transfers said rights under a license agreement.
Use of the App and/or the Web does not imply the granting of any rights through the App and/or the

All prices and product descriptions available on the Application and/or Website are subject to
change, expressed in euros (EUR).
Users have the possibility to fully use the services provided on the site by paying the membership
fee.
The user undertakes to keep his password confidential and to carefully secure access to his user

with other persons. If misuse is suspected, Ninety six may block the user's account. Membership fees
will not be refunded in case of misuse.
Contracted membership fees are paid in advance and debited from the user's account.
Payment is made via Apple Pay and Google Pay on a monthly, quarterly, six-monthly and yearly
basis. The subscription is automatically renewed until the user cancels the subscription.
The user is obliged to ensure that the account specified at the time of registration has the necessary
funds at the time of booking.
All payments will be made in the user’s local currency.
The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency
through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot
be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a
slight difference from the original price listed on our website.
